Welcome 

​​​I am a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in downtown San Francisco. I work with young adults and adults in individual and couples therapy.

 I help my patients gain insight and understanding into both their past and present so that they can make clearer choices about their present and future.  As we work together to understand the way you think, feel, and act the way you do, the easier it becomes for you to make the decisions you need to make your life, work, and relationships more fulfilling.

Psychotherapy is an intimate partnership focused on helping each patient become aware of the underlying sources of his or her difficulties, not just intellectually, but emotionally.
